At Black Rifle Fundraisers, our mission is to help South Dakota nonprofits raise critical funds through engaging and impactful raffles. As a special partner of 605 Raffles, we manage 50/50 and progressive raffles that channel between 25% and 40% of ticket sales proceeds directly to selected nonprofit organizations, depending on how much they want to manage the marketing effort. Here’s how it works:

For Nonprofits: Partnering with Us

Partnering with Black Rifle Fundraisers is simple and rewarding. We handle the heavy lifting, so you can focus on your cause. Here’s the process:

1. Apply to Be a Beneficiary

Nonprofits who are not already on a category list and are interested in benefiting from our raffles can contact us or apply through our platform. Once approved, your organization will be featured in our raffles, ensuring community awareness and support.

2. Weekly Ticket Sales

We manage ticket sales both online and in-person through 605 Raffles’ network of participating venues. Every ticket purchased that supports your organization builds excitement and boosts both yours and our collective fundraising efforts.

3. Receive Proceeds

Your organization will receive between 25% and 40% of the total ticket sales proceeds, based on the level of marketing effort and payout method selected:

  • 25% Base Proceeds: Default for organizations using check payouts. Payments are issued when the balance exceeds $100, with a $15 processing fee deducted.

  • 30% Proceeds: If your organization connects with us and allows payouts via approved digital methods like Venmo or PayPal, processing is faster and more efficient.

  • 40% Proceeds: For organizations that actively take over the social media marketing tools and achieve an average monthly ticket sales of $10,000, the percentage increases to 40%.

For Players: Participating in Raffles

Joining a Black Rifle Fundraisers raffle is easy, fun, and gives you the chance to win big while supporting meaningful causes. Here’s how you can get involved:

1. Choose a Raffle

Browse our 50/50 and progressive raffles to find one that interests you. Each raffle requires players to select a specific nonprofit, so you can play knowing your ticket purchase makes an impact on your chosen nonprofit.

2. Buy Tickets

Tickets can be purchased securely online or at one of our partner venues. Whether you prefer the quick excitement of a 50/50 or the growing anticipation of a progressive jackpot, your participation matters.

3. Attend Pre-Jackpot Local Drawings

Make it a priority to attend the raffle drawings to maximize your chances of winning. Checking in by scanning the QR code for the event or making a qualified purchase from a local retailer is the only way to enter the pre-jackpot local drawings.

Every 15 to 20 minutes during the event, participating venues conduct drawings to select up to five winners in attendance. These winners receive prizes of 10% to 15% of the jackpot total. Additionally:

  • Players in attendance with the lowest ticket numbers are given the first chance to guess the next jackpot digit for an opportunity to win instant cash prizes.

This unique feature not only makes the event more engaging but also increases the excitement and value of attending in person.

4. Watch the Drawings

Weekly drawings determine the lucky winners. Results are shared online and at participating venues, so you never miss the action.

5. Claim Your Prize

If you win, congratulations! Prizes are distributed promptly, and you’ll be notified using the contact information provided when you purchased your ticket.
